CQC Report

Golden Services have recently had an inspection of our care service and the results are in! We are pleased to say the results we have had back are very positive and we are extremely proud of what the team here have achieved. With that being said, we would love to let you in on the results of our report and showcase the feedback and reviews we have been given.

The date of inspection was 5th November 2015 and the results are as follows:

Overall rating for this service – Good

Is the service safe? – Good

Is the service effective? – Good

Is the service caring? – Outstanding

Is the service responsive? – Good

Is the service well-led? – Good

Over the years we have worked very hard to provide our customers with a safe and efficient care service, and aren’t surprised by the results presented to us by CQC. We hope that these results show the families of current and potential people we care for that we are dedicated to what we do.

We were also proud to discover that people described the care they received as “excellent.” and “They were reported to have ‘gone the extra mile’ to ensure people were cared for’.”.

The report itself is very impressive. With an 80% rating of ‘Good’ and a remarkable ‘Outstanding’ for our caring, Golden Services are beaming with pride right now and it’s clear for all to see that our care service is genuine. With every new person we support and take care of, comes new responsibility and love. This ensures each persons individual needs are met and supported. Our latest CQC report helps support our belief that we should of course be the number one choice for those in search of a reliable, caring service in Didcot, Wantage or Grove.
